  • Lead and coordinate design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases

  • Monitor project scope, budget, and schedule; proactively address risks and issues

  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with contractors and client teams

  • Review and recommend approval of change orders, RFIs, pay applications, and project documentation

  • Track project progress and report updates to internal teams and client stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

  • Assist in contractor and vendor selection processes, including RFPs and bid reviews

  • Manage closeout activities including punchlists, final inspections, and turnover documentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial project management with multi-million dollar capital projects

  • Proven track record acting as an Owner’s Rep or in a client-facing project leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and industrial processes

  • Comfortable working in operational plants and manufacturing environments

  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed (frequency depends on project load)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools - we expect you to recommend what tools to use

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Nice to Have (But Not Necessary)

  • PMP certification or equivalent

  • Experience with EPC projects or design-build delivery

  • Familiarity with OSHA and environmental compliance in industrial settings

  • Mechanical, electrical, or process background

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and bonus-structure

  • Flexible schedule and autonomy in your work

  • A small, experienced team with big impact and hands-on projects

  • The chance to get in on the ground floor of what we are building and shape the future of the company
